Most recently I have come across a Gongonzola Piccante that is just fabulous. For those of you cheese lovers that don't like stilton or blue cheese, but enjoy the strength and depth of flavor that a gorgonzola brings, try the Piccante.
I find it well paired with Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, walnuts, dried Cherries from Cherry Republic and a nice balsamic dressing.
